Terms of Service

By using this site, you agree that we will convert your CSV file as best we can and not store the data. You agree not to abuse the service, and you accept that the tool is provided as-is.

We provide a tool that converts a Shopify customer export CSV into a Meta value-based custom audience CSV. The tool is provided on an “as is” basis. We do our best to keep it accurate as Shopify and Meta evolve their formats, but we don't guarantee any particular outcome from uploading the resulting file to Meta — match rates depend on the quality of your customer data.

• You may upload customer data you legally have the right to use for marketing purposes (consent, legitimate interest, etc).
• You may not upload data scraped from third parties or obtained without consent.
• You may not attempt to bypass the rate limit by automation, proxy rotation, or similar.
• You may not redistribute or resell access to the converter.

• Single conversions are $5 USD. Pro subscriptions are $19.99 USD per month, recurring.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Stripe customer portal — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: if a conversion fails for a reason on our end (bug, outage), we'll refund without question. If you bought a single conversion and used it, we can't refund. If you bought a subscription and changed your mind within 24 hours and haven't run a conversion, email us and we'll refund.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — for example, lost revenue from a Meta ad campaign that didn't perform. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the homepage at least 14 days before they take effect.
